Fanfold Boxes

Corrugated Fanfold gives companies the ability to package and make many different size boxes in custom sizes for their products. Fanfold can be pre-creased and scored during the manufacturing process offering convenience and flexibility in packaging. Corrugated fanfold can be manufactured in various widths and lengths. Standard lengths are generally 1000 foot runs but smaller custom bale sizes can be made to the users exact requirements. Smaller fanfold corrugated bales make handling a bit easier for moving and loading. Fold dimensions are generally 48 inches, 60 inches or 72 inches. Some food service packagers that use corrugated fanfold to box their products require custom folds of 65 inches to meet their requirements. Corrugated boxes made from cardboard fanfold are the same quality as boxes made in a sheet plant. Fanfold can be manufactured with many assorted liners and mediums depending on the weight of the products going into the box. Nomar 70 is a coating which reduces abrasion and scuffing and can be applied along with many other coatings like RED X 300 which provides excellent water resistance and repelling.
